SHARC Peer Worker Practice Supervision helps ensure that peer workers are strategically and meaningfully supported in their role.
We offer peer worker group supervision and individual supervision specific to the peer work discipline. All SHARC supervisors have a deep understanding of peer work and the value of lived experience. They are professionally qualified and trained in providing clinical supervision, along with having lived experience themselves.
Peer specific supervision is about reflective practice, exploring how we are able to connect with others using our lived experience as the primary footprint and providing a safe space to discuss the possibilities, strengths as well as challenges and vulnerabilities of working within a lived experience framework.
