SHARC facilitates and supports the Victorian AOD Peer Workforce Community of Practice (CoP).

Communities of practice are groups of people who share a concern or a passion for somethingĀ  they do and learn how to do it better as they interact regularly.

Meetings

The Community of Practice meets quarterly, is open to all paid AOD peer workers in Victoria and serves as an opportunity to network, celebrate the discipline and feedback trends to agency, community and government.
