Family focused professional help

Our counselling service provides professional and confidential support to families and friends impacted by someone’s drug and alcohol use.

We offer specialist individual and family counselling providing you with the opportunity to redevelop and move forward in your relationships, drawing upon the skills and strengths you already possess. Our family focused approach offers a supportive environment to identify your needs and explore some of the challenges you may be facing while working together to overcome them.

Counselling can help establish healthy boundaries, develop coping strategies and learn effective communication techniques allowing families to reconnect, support and work together.

This service is available free to those living in Victoria. Where we can’t provide you with counselling, we will put help you find local services who can.

Not sure if counselling would benefit you or your family or if you’re eligible?

Our trained volunteer family members can explore this option with you, make you an appointment with one of our counsellors or put you in touch with other community counselling services.
