“Something for Everyone” – National Volunteer Week 2024
Join us in celebrating National Volunteer Week from May 20 to 26! We’re thrilled to have the chance to highlight the dedication of our volunteers at SHARC who contribute so much to Family Drug and Gambling Help, Three Sides of the Coin and APSU.
This year’s theme is “Something for Everyone.” It recognises the countless talents and passions that volunteers bring to their roles. Their diversity, knowledge and care are the foundation for our community’s transformation.
On Tuesday we had a celebration day for our volunteers with certificates of appreciation, gifts, a powerful screening of a new film telling Pauline’s story from Three Sides of the Coin, African drumming and dancing, and a Greek feast!
At SHARC we want to thank all our volunteers — past and present. Their commitment helps our communities grow. We are honoured and grateful for every volunteer’s contribution.
