Lived & Living Experience Workforce Forum 2025

The 2025 Lived and Living Experience Workforce Forum will take place on Thursday, 20th March, at the Jasper Hotel, Melbourne.

SHARC and the Department of Health Victoria are proud to host this event in collaboration with Tandem, VMIAC, Harm Reduction Victoria, CMHL and Mental Health Victoria.

Themed “Distinct Disciplines – Collectively Leading Change,” this event will be a day of celebration, networking, and robust discussion. Together, we’ll reflect on the achievements we’ve made across the LLEW sectors and explore our next steps as a workforce.

We very much appreciate the LLE Workforces for helping to inform this incredible opportunity to connect, learn, share and grow.

The LLEW Forum will provide a quiet space to chillout and relax away from forum activities. We will also have dedicated Wellbeing volunteers providing assistance and support if required.

We recognise the unique challenges faced by regional members of the lived and living experience workforce in accessing training and professional development opportunities. To support participation, we are offering financial reimbursement of up to $100.00 to help cover the cost of accommodation for those travelling from regional areas.

As numbers are limited, reimbursements are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to submit your application promptly to secure this support. This initiative reflects our commitment to reducing barriers and ensuring equal opportunities for all members of the LLE workforce, no matter their location.
