The Regina Brindle Foundation formed in 2019 to honour Regina’s significant contribution to promoting the voices of Alcohol and Other Drugs and Mental Health service users, and all people that have lived and living experience of AOD and mental health issues, and to establishing practices that support their participation in civil society.
Grants of up to $5000 are awarded to Victorian AOD and Mental Health service users, people with lived and living experience, and their families and carers, for projects that aim to do any of the following:
- Promote consumer voices
- Promote community engagement and inclusion
- Promote human rights
- Promote overcoming of the barriers for AOD and/or MH consumers
- Reduce stigma
- Reduce disadvantage
The deadline for applications is the 7 February 2023.
